Overview of Accelleron Iberia S.L.U.
(the “Company”)

Accelleron Iberia S.L.U. was incorporated in Madrid, Spain, on 3 August 2021. In the same year, it acquired the ABB Turbocharging business assets in Spain and Portugal.

The Company operates local service stations in Spain and Portugal, providing lifecycle repair, maintenance and performance optimization services for heavy-duty turbochargers, primarily for Original Equipment Manufacturers and end-users in the marine and energy sectors.

As of October 3, 2022, the Company exited the ABB Group and became part of the Accelleron Group.

Accelleron Industries Ltd, as the ultimate parent company of the Accelleron Group, will publish the full EU Public Country-by-Country Report for the Group by December 31, 2026, in line with the European Union Directive (EU) 2021/2101.

Accelleron Iberia S.L.U. publishes this Iberia pCBCR for financial year 2025 in accordance with the Spanish rules implementing the EU Directive previously mentioned. These rules require certain Spanish subsidiaries of non-EU headquartered multinational groups to publish local information within the Spanish statutory timeline.

The Iberia pCBCR is based on data available to Accelleron Iberia S.L.U. and follows the specific definitions, presentation and aggregation rules for Country-by-Country Reporting. As a result, it will not directly match Accelleron Group or Company financial statements, particularly for revenues, accumulated earnings, and taxes paid or accrued.

The Iberia pCBCR data primarily reflects the 2021 acquisition of the ABB Turbocharging business assets in Spain and Portugal, related acquisition costs and goodwill, the post-carve-out build-up phase, and timing differences between investments and revenue generation.

Accordingly, the reported figures should not be interpreted as accounting inconsistencies or as standalone indicators of local business performance, tax compliance, profit shifting or tax avoidance.
